The maximum term established by law for the delivery of orders is thirty (30) days. However, the normal delivery period for NONA SCP is:
24-48 hours on weekdays in Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary and Balearic Islands) and Portugal by Nacex.
48 hours approximately in Ceuta, Melilla and Canary and Balearic Islands by Nacex
2 to 4 working days, in France, UK, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Germany, by Nacex.
2 to 4 working days, rest of Europe, Usa and Canada by UPS.
Rest of the world needs to be confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
If once received the purchase made at www.nonabcn.com you are not satisfied, you can change it within a period of fifteen days from receipt.
To proceed with your change you will have to verify that your order fulfills the following conditions:

To request a model or color change, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the order number and the change you wish to make. Within 24 hours, we will contact you by phone or mail, to inform you of how the collection and the new delivery will take place, free of charge and at no additional cost on your part.
In the case of purchases sent by post (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries not included in the Nacex service), you must bear the direct costs of the return, such as transportation costs. We advise you to make the delivery by registered mail or with acknowledgment of receipt, as we can not be responsible for losses, delays or shipments to a wrong address. The new product resulting from the change will be sent again and free of charge.

After examining the article we will inform you if you have the right to make an exchange, which will be done as soon as possible. The new product resulting from the change will be sent again and free of charge. Once we receive the returned and verified product that complies with the return conditions, we will proceed to the total refund of the amount, by means of the same form of payment used in the purchase.
In the event that at the time of delivery of a request a customer detected a problem (broken packaging, lack of any of the products, defects or deteriorated or incorrect products) should be contacted in writing via email to email@example.com , indicating the damage suffered within the first 24 hours after receipt. No return of damaged item will be accepted, as well as claim of missing item, if it has not been communicated within the established period.
